Shamans understand that we have a luminous energy field that surrounds the physical body, and which holds a record of all our emotional, physical, and spiritual traumas; the luminous energy field is a blueprint that determines how we will heal, how we will live and how we might die.
In this introductory lecture, Michael Hemme, a member of The Four Winds Society, will discuss the healing practices employed for 10,000 years by the Shamans of the Americas. The ancient practices are presented in a scientific and practical system of energy healing that allows us to discover states of exceptional health and well- being, as well the opportunity for conscious participation in our future evolution.

This lecture is an incredible opportunity to gain insight into the healing techniques from the Shamans of the Americas.

In this day long workshop, Michael Hemme will share the Shaman’s core practices of Energy Medicine. The luminous energy field that surrounds the human body holds the records, or “imprints” of our emotional, physical and psychological traumas and of our wellbeing. The work of a shaman is to bring balance to the luminous energy field.

Topics for Discussion will include:

• The illumination process to clear imprints in the energy field before they have a chance to express as disease in the body.
•     A process for extracting toxic energies that have embedded themselves in the luminous energy field.
• Soul retrieval work to revisit past traumatic events and recover the essential self.
• Rites of passage including life and death rites.

We will explore our unconscious and learn how to make new commitments with life.

Many of us have the feeling, that power is constantly being abused and misused, and we must be vigilant and protect ourselves and our loved ones from the fear and negativity around us. Shamans in all traditions know however, this is a benign world, without good or bad, right or wrong.

To support your life you´ll receive old Inka rites, which will help you people to walk a path of Beauty and Grace. Part of the work bases on the shamanic traditions of the Inka in Peru. Ceremonial fires, Journeywork and other interactions will help deepen your experience of the week and to help make the changes you are longing for.

As part of the week’s activities we will also create a ritual group-healing circle based on the “Machitun”, the healing ways of the “Mapuche” shamans of Chile. This circle connects us with our Sacred Self, the Earth, and Great Spirit, inspiring a collective and personal healing in meditative state using drums, dancing, chanting and sacred sounds.

This work is ideal for those new to soul work as well as facilitators in the healing field to add on and deepen their own healing practices.

All participants will play an active role in the ceremony through learning the earth dances, the drumming rhythms used to induce and maintain a meditative state, and the songs which honor the Mother and the Spirit within.

Michael Hemme (50) has been involved with the Healing Art of the Inca Shaman´s from Peru (South America) for the past five years, and before that he explored other traditions of first nation people. Legend and lore say, that a time of peace will come, when Eagle(North America) and Condor (South America) are flying together again.
In my training I am honored to learn from the Tlingit people in the north of Canada and I was initiated in the healing tradition of the Mapuche people in Chile. As an Earthkeeper in the tradition of the Q’ero Shamans of the Peruvian Andes I follow my heart  – connected with the ancient and sacred places on the belly of Mother Earth. For this reason I feel very honored to come to Africa, to the place, where history of mankind began many 100 000′s of years ago. To all of you, who want to join me, I want to say, “AHO”!
